Stakeholder dialogue

Active cooperation with different stakeholders is an integral part of CSR. Responsible entrepreneurship requires companies to know their stakeholders, to exchange information and to communicate with them. By stakeholders we mean all parties that are involved in, or have an impact on, a company's activities, products and services. They comprise NGOs, shareholders, suppliers, the local community, employees, consumers and many others.

Dialogue and cooperation with stakeholders enables companies to be involved in society and identify risks and opportunities. Within this framework transparent communication with all stakeholder groups is vital.
