Diversity

Diversity on the work floor is becoming a rule rather than an exception. Working within an organisation requires cooperation with people with different skills, experience, cultural background, age, family background, etc.

Whereas the issue was previously considered a problem, the focus nowadays tends to be on the opportunities presented by diversity. For companies the challenge lies in deriving added value from a heterogeneous work force and using the potential of all employees in order to maximize the benefits.
