Employee involvement

Employee involvement or voluntary work is a concrete expression of the company's CSR commitment and is an integral part of the CSR strategy.

Employee involvement has a strong tradition, particularly in the Anglo-Saxon business culture, but many European companies are now specifically incorporating it in their policies.

Contrary to purely financial support from an organisation, employee involvement is a more active and practical way to convey a company's engagement. After all, this leads to commitment between the company, the employees and the supported organisation.
