You are registered for this event and we are counting on your presence! Should you not be able to make it, we would highly appreciate it if you could let us know at least 4 working days beforehand. (register@businessandsociety.be).
Catering, beverages, work and materials are calculated on the number of registrations. Not showing up without informing us generates waste. Business & Society tries hard to integrate sustainability into our activities; waste is something that should be avoided at all cost.
Will you join us in trying to avoid waste? This is what we propose: should you not be able to make it to a confirmed event and you were not able to cancel in due time, we kindly invite you to transfer (on a voluntary basis) an amount to sponsor our project to help the homeless in Brussels.
So remember: DON´T SPOIL THE PARTY – IF YOU DON´T ATTEND A CONFIRMED EVENT, YOU SPOIL MORE THAN JUST A PARTY.
